2010 Shrine Screening Clinic at Hazard, Kentucky The Hazard Van Patrol Shriners will be hosting our first Shriners Screening Clinic in Hazard Kentucky, September 11 at the Primary Care Facility on Johnny Cox Drive, the new bypass. The clinic will be open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We would like for you to send patients to this clinic. We will have Doctors and Hospital Staff on hand to determine if we can provide medical services for these children. Call 606-439-1300 or 1-800-506-0803 to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome. ALSO ON THIS SAME DAY The 9th Annual Sykes Shrine Bowl will kick off at 9:00 AM at Daniel Field in Hazard, Kentucky.
